Uploaded file

If you uploaded a file through the Noota platform and the result is fully blank, please make sure:

• You can hear the sound correctly on the uploaded file
• You can hear distinct voice conversation within the audio file
• The file is not music only
• You have selected the correct language for the transcription

If you have a conversation you can really hear loud and clear and the file is still blank, please contact support

Live dictation

In the platform, most of the time, blank transcriptions are due to :

• Make sure you accepted the audio recording from chrome://settings/content/microphone for Noota
• Don’t select “microphone : disable”

Screen Recorder

In the chrome extension make sure :

• The chrome page you open the chrome extension form need to be the page you want to record. The extension will only record the audio from this page and from your microphone.
• Make sure you accepted the audio recording from chrome://settings/content/microphone for Noota
• Don’t select “microphone : disable”
